PROGRESS has 550m2 of ISO 8 clean rooms equipped with a CTM (centralized technical management) whose classes correspond to the requirements related to the medical sector:
Liquid silicone molding (LSR), rubber silicone molding (HRC), extrusion, cutting
Screw mixer, 2 extrusion lines, 1 gum injection press, 2 LSR injection presses, 3 stainless steel ovens sealed tanks.
Premises, equipment and processes are periodically requalified to eliminate any risk of non-safety.
Production is carried out by competent and trained staff to ensure product quality and compliance with procedures.
